On Friday, October 19th at around 7:30 pm, Glasgow Police responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a report of a black Dodge Neon in the parking lot with multiple items of stolen Wal-Mart merchandise. Upon arrival, contact was made with 19-year-old Donnie Kingery. Kingery admitted to stealing merchandise the day before, Thursday, October 18th, and the current day, Friday, October 19th. A marijuana roach was observed in the vehicle, and Kingery admitted that it was his. Kingery was arrested and charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking Under $500 dollars, and Possession of Marijuana.
