Faye Lynn Haynes, 44, of Caneyville died at 11:15 PM Oct. 12, 2012 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield. The Warren Co. native was a homemaker and a member of Community House of Prayer in Morgantown. She was a daughter of Gene Autry Haynes of Caneyville, who survives, and the late Edna Mae Lindsey Haynes.

She is survived by her companion, John Embry; two daughters, Faye Haynes and Hannah Haynes both of Caneyville; two sons, Gene Haynes and Timothy Embry both of Caneyville; two stepsons, Tyler Ray Embry and Dallas Embry both of Caneyville; five sisters, Willodean Cross, Mary Dodd and Donna Riggs all of Caneyville, Debbie Haynes of Bowling Green and Loretta Embry of Morgantown; three brothers, Buck Haynes of Caneyville, Charles Haynes of Millwood and Darrell Haynes of Sunfish; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial in Threlkel Cemetery. Visitation will be Noon-9 PM Monday and after 9 AM Tuesday at the funeral home.
