Teresa Middleton, 65 of Munfordville passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center. She was a former employee of the Hart County Jail.

She is survived by one daughter: Tammy Miller and husband David of Scottsville; two sons: Thomas Middleton and wife Mary of Cub Run and Terry Middleton of Munfordville; one brother: James Croghan of Radcliff; two sisters: Diane Sego of Radcliff and Sharon Logsdon of Louisville; three grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services for Teresa Middleton will be at 1PM Saturday in the Chapel of the Sego Funeral Home with burial in the Old. Mt. Beulah Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11AM to 9PM tomorrow and after 8AM Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Paralyzed Veteran or St. Judes.
