Details have been released following a traffic fatality in Monroe County Sunday Morning

Tpr. Logan Richardson is investigating the collision that occurred

on Sunday morning,  at 2:10 AM  on Alexander School Road in Monroe

County.  29-year-old Joshua K. Hale of Gamaliel was traveling east on Alexander

School Road and operating a Jeep when he failed to negotiate a curve.  The vehicle

dropped off of the roadway and struck a tree causing the Jeep to catch fire.

Witnesses were unable to get to Hale before the vehicle became engulfed in flames.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.  Local Fire and EMS assisted.
