Beulah Francis Burnley Parham, 76, of Scottsville, Ky died at 4:55 a.m. Sunday, September 30, 2012 at her residence.  The Allen County, Ky native was a homemaker, a former employee of Mallory's and Save-A-Lot in Glasgow, a member and Pentecostal minister of New Gospel Outreach Church.  She was a daughter of the late James Utah Payne and Bertie Patrick Payne and wife of the late Jessie Franklin Burnley and Hubert James Parham.

She is survived by 3 sons: James Lewis Burnley and wife, Shirley and Eric Shane Burnley and wife, Mariah, all of Scottsville, Ky; Danny Franklin Burnley and wife, Georgia, Glasgow, Ky; 4 daughters: Nina Sue Wheeler and husband, Wayne, Glasgow, Ky; Linda Catherine Pardue and husband, Roger and Sandra Faye Whitney and husband, Kenneth, all of Scottsville, Ky and Patricia Diane Thomas, Indianapolis, In; 2 brothers: Harold Payne, Indianapolis, In and Calvin Payne, Lafayette, Tn; 2 sisters: Eva Jewell Stinson, Scottsville, Ky and Viola Colson, Indianapolis, In; 23 grandchildren and 48 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews;

She was preceded in death by 1 son: Kenneth Randal Burnley; 1 grandson: Gary Neal Trent; 1 brother: Raymond Payne; 3 sisters: Delmer Lee Payne, Velmer Slayton and Venny Mae Jenkins.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Yoakem, Bro. Stephen Bratcher and Bro. Phil Steen officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5:00 p.m. Monday at Goad Funeral Home.
