On Saturday, Warren County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a complaint of a burglary. The victim advised that her husband, Leo Yoakem, had kicked in the door to her residence. Upon arrival, Deputies apprehended Yoakem after a short foot chase.

Through investigation, it was determined that Yoakmen and his wife had been separated for approximately six months and maintained a third party at the complainant's residence.

Leo Yoakem's charges are Burglary First Degree, Criminal Mischeif Third Degree and Assault Fourth Degree.
