Two brothers are accused of murder in the killing of James F. Perdue of Clinton County. A friend of Perdue's found him dead Thursday afternoon at Perdue's home near the Wayne County line.

Kentucky State Police said Monday that preliminary autopsy results from the state medical examiner's office indicate that Perdue suffered blunt-force injuries to the head, neck and chest and multiple stab wounds.

Police say the brothers - 33-year-old Phillip M. Roberts and 38-year-old Thomas A. Roberts, both of Albany in Clinton County - turned themselves in Friday evening.
