Ann Creek, age 64 of Fountain Run died today at her home.  She is survived by her husband J.P. Creek; one son, Jimmy Dale Rhoten of  Fountain Run;  2 daughters, Rita Faye Crabtree of Tompkinsville and Willa Louise Carter of Fountain Run.  One Brother, Earlie Lawrence, Jr. ; Five sisters: Dottie Wiley of Gamaliel, Marlene Davis of Lafayette, Darlene Estes of Fountain Run, Mary Ruth Holcomb of Red Boiling Springs, and Vicky Lawrence of Celina,  4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.  Services for Ann Creek will be Monday at 11 am at |Strode’s Gamaliel Chapel with burial to follow in the White Oak Ridge Cemetery.  Visitation after 11 am Sunday at the funeral home.
