William Earl Hunter 66 of Glasgow died Saturday August 4, 2012 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. He was the son of the late Carl Barlow and Claire Hunter. Mr. Hunter worked in Construction, served in the U.S. Army for 8 years and was a member of Harlow’s Chapel Baptist Church where he served as Deacon, Trustee and Assistant Sunday School Superintendent.

Survivors include his wife Elizabeth Ann Hunter of Glasgow; 2 sons Mark Hunter and Danny Hunter (Leslie) both of Bowling Green; 5 daughters Markita Hunter of Bowling Green, Delain Hunter of Bowling Green, Anitra Hunter of Frankfort, B. Caroline Hunter of Louisville and Niketa Estes of Louisville; 2 step children Eric Martin (Holly) of Glasgow and Leslie Martin of Bowling Green; 16 grandchildren; 10 step grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 2 brothers James Barlow and Charles Hunter both of Glasgow; a sister Minnie Edmunds (Ervin) of Glasgow and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by1 son James Whitfield; 1 daughter Jennifer Hunter; 1 brother James Hunter & 2 sisters Mary & Margie Hunter.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Tuesday August 7, 2012 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00am Tuesday until time for the service..

Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of a memorial contribution to Harlow’s Chapel Baptist Church Building fund.
