Oran "Mitch" Ferguson 86 of Glasgow died Monday, July 23 2012 at the NHC Healthcare Center in Glasgow He was born in Monroe County the son of the late Floyd and Ada Bowles Ferguson. Mr. Ferguson was owner and operator of the Glasgow Glass Company. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WW II and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Glasgow. He was also a member of the Mid-KY Antique Car Club and Square Dancers Club.

Surviros include his wife Betty Baker Ferguson; 2 sons Michael Ferguson of Glasgow and Philip Ferguson and Wife Judy of Lucas; 3 Grand Children Aron Ferguson of Washington D.C., Hailey Ferguson of Louisville, and Chris Devore and wife Sherise of Glasgow; 3 great-grandchildren Rozalynn, Christopher, and Henry DeVore; 1 brother Marvin Ferguson of Indianapolis, IN; 1 sister Vonda Starnes of MT. Hermon and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 11:00AM Thursday, July 26, 2012 at the A.F. Crow & son Funeral Home. Burial with military honors provided by DAV Chapter 20 of Glasgow will be at the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 5:00 PM Wednesday and Thursday morning until time for service.
