James Allie Dennison, 91, Cave City, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Caverna Memorial Hospital, Horse Cave.  The Hart Co. Native was the son of the late Will Henry and Grace Heatherly Dennison.  He was a carpenter for Ernest Briggs Construction, a member of Basil Chapel Baptist Church, and a member of Cave City Masonic Lodge #790.

Survivors include his wife, Elva Lois Kidwell Dennison, Cave City; a son, Steve Allen Dennison (Melody), Glasgow; a daughter, Reva Jolly (Steve), Cave City; a granddaughter, Amy Marie Jolly and a great grandson, Jacob Allen Jolly.

Funeral services will be at 11 AM Saturday, July 21st at Basil Chapel Baptist Church with burial in the Cave City Cemetery.  Visitation at the Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel, Cave City, will be from 4 to 8 PM Thursday and from 9 AM to 8 PM on Friday.  Visitation at the church after 10 AM Saturday.  Masonic Rites at the funeral home will be at 7 PM Friday.
