Two people were injured in a stabbing altercation in Warren County Saturday night.

On Saturday, around 9pm, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of a stabbing at residence on Porter Pike. Upon arrival, the suspect, identified as Danny Allen, had fled to a field in the back yard. Deputies started a search and Allen was located and arrested at gunpoint.

The investigation found that Allen got into a verbal argument, which led to Allen stabbing Landon Morgan in the side with a pocket knife. A second person, Angela Glass-Smith, was injured when she tried to intervene to protect her two grandchildren from Allen.

Landon Morgan and Angela Glass-Smith were both treated at the scene by Medical Center staff. Allen was transported to the Warren County Jail on charges of assault 2nd degree, wanton endangerment first degree—four counts, fleeing or evading police second degree, criminal mischief first degree, and tampering with physical evidence.
