Fred Anthony "Andy" Dyer, age 50 of Gallatin TN, formerly of Tompkinsville, passed away Friday at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN.

He is Survived by his Mother Clorene "Tody" stewart Dyer of Tompkinsville, KY; three brothers: Roger Dyer of Celina, TN, Kevin Dyer of Ft Run, Ky and Mark Dyer of Tompkinsville, KY; three sisters: Shelia Fox and Kathy Dyer of Tompkinsville, KY and Kim Jarrell of Celina, TN.

Graveside Services for Andy Dyer will be conducted Sunday, July 1, 2012 at 2:00pm at the Harlans Crossroads Cemetery. Friends may call the Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville after 1:30 pm Sunday July 1, 2012
