Donald James Moxley age 66 of Edmonton died Friday June 29, 2012 at the Southern KY Hospice Facility in Bowling Green.  He was a Navy Veteran, retired police officer of Hollywood, FL., member of the Fairview Baptist Church in Smith Grove, KY.

He is survived by his wife Carol Moxley of Edmonton, one son Michael Moxley of Hollywood, FL.  Two brothers Frank Moxley of Washington State, and Richard Moxley of Georgia.  He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Evelyn Futrelle Moxley.

A celebration of Life service will be 5:00 PM Sunday at the Fairview Baptist Church with visitation staring at 2:00 PM until service time at the church.
