Esther Francis Bowden Bryant age 73 of Tompkinsville died Thursday, June 21, 2012 at the Monroe Health and Rehab Center. She was employed as a bookkeeper at Mayflower Moving and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

She is survived by a daughter Linda Sue Freeman of Indiana; two sons, Paul Wayne Bryant and Carl Neal Shirley both of Indiana; two step-daughters Vickie Vibbert of Glasgow, Crystal Renea Bryant of Hestand and a step-son, Bobby Neal Shirley of Tompkinsville; three sisters Susan Grotts of Illinois, Peggy Zinski of Nevada and Marcella Posey.  Seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren also surviving.

She was preceded in death by her parents Louella Mae Cult and William Truman Kessinger; her adoptive parents Agnes Rice and Carl Dallas Bowden; two husbands Perry Bryant and Kirkland Bryant; two step-sons, Curtis Dale Bryant and Ricky Leroy Shirley and a step-daughter Sharon Kaye Bryant.

Funeral services for Esther Francis Bowden Bryant will be held at 2pm Saturday, June 23, 2012 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with burial in the Scott Pleasant Acres Cemetery.  Visitation today from 5 to 9pm at the Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
