Two juveniles were trapped in their vehicle after a traffic accident yesterday afternoon at the intersection of 68-80 and Highway 101 near Smiths Grove.  A 16 year old juvenile from Bowling Green and a 17 year old Smiths Grove juvenile were traveling east on 68-80 when they left the road clipped a pole in half and landed in a ditch.  The driver was taken to the med center for treatment, the passenger was life flighted to Vanderbilt.  Both were entrapped in the vehicle.  The driver of the vehicle has been cited with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants.  The Gott Fire department the Bowling Green Fire Department assisted the Warren County Sheriff’s officials at the scene
