One aspect that such a storm on Saturday morning reminds us is the tremendous potential for power interruption and the manpower it takes to restore power following the storm.  Jerry Carter with Farmers RECC describes the challenges:

Sustained winds at 40 miles an hour, with 60 mile an hour gusts were recorded in the Saturday storm.
