TWO WOMEN ARRESTED FOR SHOPLIFTING PDF Print

Glasgow Police Department responded to a shoplifting complaint at Wal-Mart in Glasgow in reference to two females who had been detained by Loss Prevention. Upon arrival, loss prevention employees advised that one woman was observed handing merchandise to another woman to conceal it in her purse.

The women, identified as 21-year-old Ashley M. Glass of Bowling Green and 28-year-old Darlasue Roach of Cave City, attempted to leave the store; however, they were stopped and requested to come back to the store's loss prevention office3. A total of $53.79 of unpaid merchandise was recovered.

Both women were arrested on shoplifting charges and transported to the Barren County Detention Center.
