SHERIFF CHRIS EATON CONTEMPLATES SENATE BID PDF Print

In a late news development Tuesday afternoon, Barren County Sheriff Chris Eaton took time to speak with WCLU News to discuss the possibility of running as a candidate for State Senate in the Democratic Party.  Eaton, if he files for the race, would face Republican Candidate David Givens.  Since the decision was made to extend the filing deadline, Sheriff Eaton has until February 7th to decide.  He tells WCLU News about his commitment to the Sheriff’s Department and also shares details about some factors that will go into his decision considering the new layout of the Senatorial District.
