A Glasgow man was arrested Wednesday night outside of Vine View Apartments by Officer Barton of the Glasgow Police Department. Twenty-four-year-old Justin Rose was arrested at about 6:30 after he was observed outside of the apartments extremely intoxicated, cursing at another person. A suspected Xanax was found in a Tylenol bottle in Rose’s front pocket. Rose was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree, 1st Offense, Drug Unspecified; Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, 1st Offense; and, Disorderly Conduct, 2nd Degree. Rose was lodged in the Barren County Correctional Center.
