Roger Dale Cornwell age 70 of Tompkinsville died Monday, October 31, 2011 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.   He served in the U S Army and worked as a Bulldozer Operator for Cornwell Dozing for many years. 

He is survived by his wife Pat Hood Cornwell; three daughters Patrice Ayres and husband Brent of Glasgow, Chrisle Copass and Jan Cornwell both of Tompkinsville; a sister Vonda Dunagan and husband Kay Dunagan; a brother Tim Cornwell and wife Karen; sister in law, Carolyn  Cornwell all of Tompkinsville. One grandchild and two step-grandchildren also surviving.  

He was preceded in death by his parentts Jesie Marie Carter Cornwell and Bob Cornwell and a brother Ted Cornwell.

Funeral services for Roger Dale Cornwell will be held at 2pm Friday, November 4, 2011 at the Yokley-Trible Funeral Home with burial in the Skaggs Creek Cemetery.  Visitation Thursday from 3 to 9pm and Friday from 6am to 2pm at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

 

Today is Anne Taylor Day!!  Anne had a birthday last week and she does a lot of volunteer work!!
