GLASGOW MAN ARRESTED IN HART COUNTY FOR ATTEMPTING TO PASS COUNTERFEIT $100 BILL PDF Print

A Glasgow man was arrested Monday after he attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 dollar bill at a food booth vendor at the Hart County Fair.  Hart County Deputy Sheriff Jim Veluzat had answered the complaint made at the time of the incident. Dennis Ray Herron was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument 1st degree. Ten counterfeit $100 dollar bills were seized from Herron. Herron was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 surety bond. The United States Secret Service was notified and is assisting in the investigation.
